About Us

The Motel - is open March 1st - October 31st with daily, weekly & monthly rates in the off season. In the summer, after July 15th, we rent mainly by the week, however, we sometimes have shorter stays available, please inquire.
The Office - is open year round for reservations from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm

The Cabins are modern, tastefully decorated, super clean, large units with full kitchen facilities including dishes & microwave, bathrooms with tub and showers, separate bedroom with queen or twin beds (cabins sleep 4 to 5 comfortably). We have 6 kitchen cabins. We have 2 sleeper units without kitchen, with one queen and one single bed, shower and fridge. All bedding, towels and in-room coffee & tea supplied. All you need is your food and beach towels! Each cabin has a colour TV with cablevision. Cribs are available upon request. Free, full size propane barbeques are available for the kitchen units to use right outside your door.

Non-Smoking - For the comfort of our guests, the rooms are all non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided outside.

The safe playground consists of swings, sandbox, trikes, toys, giant tubes and lots of lawn area to run on and have fun. Parents can relax in comfortable lawn chairs in front of their cabins while they keep an eye on their children. Picnic tables are also in front of each cabin.

Badminton, volleyball, soccer and horseshoes are just a few fun sports you can enjoy on the large lawn area.

Beach - An eight minute walk down a shaded country path leads to a beautiful, safe beach on picturesque Shuswap Lake.

Family Reunions are very popular here! Half way between Vancouver and Calgary makes us a great meeting place. Having cabins and camping offers something for everyone. In the summer months for a weekend reunion, we will do weekend reservations up to the 2nd weekend in July. After this date and up to the September long weekend we only take weekly reservations. For long weekends we will do July & September, 3 day minimum, but cannot offer the August long weekend.

For campers, we offer large shaded sites, clean washrooms, free showers, playground and fire pits. We have level pull-thru spots for RV's with 30 amp power and water hook-ups. (no sewer or sani dump on site) A nice country setting! There are 4 sites with 30 amp power & water, and 8 sites with no hook ups. The Campsite is open April 1st to October 15th.

Sorrento is a small community with a friendly spirit. A short walk to Sorrento offers all the amenities you would ever need. Within driving range there is an endless number of activities to partake in, from golf to whitewater rafting.
